Grenoble, January 21, 2019. Surgical robotics company Surgivisio moves to new headquarters in the Gières district of Grenoble, world capital of surgical robotics.
The new headquarters will provide space for Surgivisio’s growing workforce, and the production plant will enable the company to further industrialize the production process of its surgical platform.
“Since raising ten million euros earlier in 2018, our workforce has more than doubled,” explained Stephane Lavallee, Surgivisio’s president. “We have a strong culture of innovation and teamwork, and the new headquarters and production plant will really give us the space we need to reach our full potential.” Surgivisio’s surgical platform comprises a 2D C-arm, with 3D fluoroscopy and real-time navigation capabilities, all in one device, and the company is developing Apps for multiple indications. With its unique platform, the Grenoble-based company aims to become a market leader in the field of unified surgical technologies. Surgivisio will also be opening a dedicated training center, the Surgivisio Institute, later this year.
